Yes, your cat's fur and whiskers can be incorporated into the artwork.If possible, please provide a few small tufts of freshly trimmed fur with the strands kept intact. These are especially helpful for accurately matching your cat's natural coat colors.Loose fur collected during brushing is also welcome.The artwork will still be created primarily using wool. Your cat's fur may be incorporated in small amounts as a meaningful keepsake, depending on its condition and suitability.⚠️ For the health and safety of the cats in my home, please make sure your cat has not recently had any serious contagious illnesses, such as feline panleukopenia, ringworm, or parasites.Please also ensure that the fur is clean and completely dry before sending it. Beyond recreating your cat's appearance, I also focus on capturing their unique expression and personality.Each piece is thoughtfully designed around your cat's features, character, and spirit, with the goal of capturing the loving look they reserve for the person they cherish most.Signature style elements include gently lifted whiskers, a subtle smile, and slightly larger, illustration-inspired eyes.Every artwork is a personal artistic interpretation and will not be an exact replica of the reference photos.Please make sure you connect with FURURU's artistic style before placing a commission.

Depending on the type of commission, the actual production time is approximately 1–2 months.The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, coat pattern details, revision requirements, and the current production schedule.This estimate does not include the waiting period before your commission begins.

Up to two rounds of minor adjustments are included after the artwork is completed.Minor adjustments may include refinements to fur direction, color depth, markings, or other small details.Structural changes—such as face shape, muzzle proportions, nose length, or eye placement—are not considered minor adjustments and cannot be accommodated at this stage.As needle felted sculptures are created from compressed fibers, repeated alterations to certain areas may affect the overall quality, structure, and finish of the artwork. For this reason, not all revision requests can be guaranteed.

FURURU offers worldwide shipping.Currently, international commissions are primarily available for the Framed Bust Portrait series.Orders are shipped via EMS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the destination, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated separately based on the destination and package size.

Currently, FURURU does not offer classes or material kits.If they become available in the future, announcements will be made through the official platforms.

For the best protection, keep your artwork inside its display case whenever possible.Avoid direct sunlight, humid environments, and exposure to fire.If dust appears on the surface, gently remove it with an air blower or a soft brush.Wool is a delicate material, so please avoid pulling, squeezing, or exposing the artwork to water.You may gently smooth the fur in the direction of the hair growth to help maintain its appearance. Avoid rubbing back and forth, as this may cause the fibers to become frizzy.For long-term storage, we recommend placing a desiccant or natural lavender nearby to help protect the artwork from moisture and insects.
